I have a question - could someone tell me why Casey was in jail for the past 3 years? She wasn’t convicted of anything - why did they keep her in jail?
She was out on bail and a condition was that there be no gun in the house. Her dad had a gun when a search warrant was conducted, so back to jail.
She was out on $500,000 bond until three years ago when she was accused of theft of checks and a credit card, Naturally, that was a good way to get the bond revoked, so she has sat for three years. She’s a born criminal.
Check charges, bond of $500,000.00 revoked (by Padilla) so she is in on Fraud check cashing. Soon to be out on time served????
That is almost standard in any state for a capital murder case. The flight risk, suicide risk, and vigilante risk is just too high.
When you are arrested for a felony bail is usually set.No one she knew would put up the 10% needed to get her out.
