Yes, juries are sometimes wrong, and yes, our system sometimes allows to let the guilty go free....THAT is why we are not a police state or dictated by mob rule.
Yes, I love our judicial system...it tis the BEST in the world, even with all its flaws.

Our judicial system would be great if they actually followed protocol. There is too much politics, who knows who, over crowding in prisons allowing for way too many nolle prosquis and stet verdicts. Too many dismissals when the evidence is there. Honestly, I don’t hold much faith in our judicial system at all.
