Judge Kangaroo is so pissed off he will max out on the lying charges. He has a 95% conviction rate and he lost his biggest case.
Sounds like your conflating the judge with the prosecutor.
ughhhh...excuse me....the prosecution lost this case.....it wasn’t the judges case to lose.....he is an impartial arbitrator for the parties.......
