You havent convinced me that you really understand reasonable doubt
"Beyond a reasonable doubt" does not mean guilty until proven innocent.
The prosecution should have waited until it had better evidence.

Circumstantial evidence is often good enough to convict, and should have in this case.
If you’re driving along a country road and see a turtle on top of a fence-post, it is circumstantial evidence that some guilty human put it up there. Use the common sense that God gave you (I think).
