I suspect that most of the jurors are advocates of abortion (based on profiles presented on cable TV), and it is easy for an abortion-booster to acquit on “reasonable doubt” in such cases. They look at the adult life “ruined” instead of the dead child. The problem remains with the American people and their inability to be good jurors.
Certain events sum up the essence of a person's entire life. Making a decision on a jury is one of them.
