It was juror #4 and #5..both seemed to be really close..I always believed those two were the ones that refused to convict her but maybe were convinced after the rest of the jurors showed them the evidence.

I so agree with you. We assume Guilty on the greater offenses and certainly of the lesser. A death penalty case requires that these jurors had to be capable of inflicting such a penalty. Two were known to be quite reluctant but were pressed and did eventually agree.
They will give a verdict on each count then each individual juror will be polled to affirm the verdict.
normally they go by each count and whether guilty or not guilty
I am about to cry because of poor little Caylee. I think this is the first time that it has hit me that her ‘mother’ just might get the justice she deserves!

I’m not even trying the WFTV or WESH or HLN online links. For the last 2 days I either couldn’t get a hook up to their feeds or I’d get bounced off and couldn’t get back on. When the jury comes in I’ll go downstairs and watch on cable tv.

Baez won’t come out about that because there is a penalty phase after a conviction for 1st degree murder..they have to have basically another trial to conclude if she will fry or serve life..so there would be no reason for Baez to claim victory now

I read on a post that the jury asked for linch to be brought in. I had a felling they were very close then
