Those emails are really shocking.
I just saw that.I hope this nutball stays down there.May she move next door to Baez and babysit his children.When did Baez find out it was an accident.I see a lot of lawsuits.
I have been called only 3 times in more than 50 years —twice in Texas and once in Wisconsin, despite having lived many places. Each time, the case was settled before we went to trial and I was never seated.
The only time I was called in Wisconsin, it was for a whole month. I had to be ready every day to show up in case they needed me, but none of the cases ever made it to trial.
My mother is 98 and has only been called once. She and my uncle were both called the same week when they were both about 90. They both begged off, which I thought was a disgrace. My mother was scared to death to be a juror in California. Her friends (all retired school teachers) told her that she’d be a marked woman and the criminals would come after her.
She would have been disqualified anyway because she has a Master’s Degree.
Unbelievable. I thought there was enough evidence even though some may be circumstantial.

I've always felt that Cindy was a narcissist, and this from her brother suggests that this type of pathology was established in her family. This brother appears to also have big problems.
I've said it before and have gotten flak, and still couldn't care less.
This was a stupid, lazy, uninterested jury. They took almost NO notes and looked bored much of the time.
This is just getting started. Wait until we start hearing more stories about these dullards. There will be a lot of people with egg on their faces.

Washing the clothes to “cover” yet again for Casey, saying she goggles “chloroform”, and all the rest, is just more evidence that Cindy is wired to do whatever is necessary to “cover” for Casey. It's been her behavior because I believe too difficult for Cindy to face the shame and embarrassment that her daughter's actions would be made known and affect their place in the community and at work.
I say this because the family I'm acquainted with, whose son is as Casey, said they spent years both as a youngster and adult covering for him...., and I'll quote...”we did a pretty good job of keeping his behavior hidden or excused from friends and neighbors”....”You develop coping mechanisms and ways that work”. Also said...” Being selective of when you had visitors or visted others pending on his mood for the day”...or cancelled when necessary.
This family went to a support group with other parents whose children were as this....she said the same stories of happenings are told by many. The behavior is the same for these people/kids.
Their fears of people finding out how their family functions, and if found out, are well documented and really understandable in some cases. After their son killed someone and then the cops killed him. Their Pastor initially would not do the service because their son had taken someone’s life.....he later did but that's just one example of society not understanding how these people have had to cope with their kids who are like CAsey.
Sadly there's not much you can do for Casey types...they usually end up killing someone or themselves by their twenties. Casey probably took Caley’s life and the family did just what is “normal” for them to do...cover and lie.
It has been a year since her son died. I asked not long ago how not dealing with the problems now has affected them. She said they were so used to late calls in the middle of the night...and for that constantly in alert mode...that that's the first thing they experienced...full nights sleep.
But it was difficult adjusting to the “lack of” chaos in their home....they've had to “learn a new “normal”

People want to blame the prosecution for the same reason that people don’t want to believe 9-11 could have happened. It’s the same mentality...they don’t want to accept that somebody so obviously guilty could get off...thus it must have been the prosecution.

I agree about the pants. If the Pros had know how Dumb this Jury was they could have beat the cindy destroying evidence point. WHY would anyone try to destroy evidence UNLESS she knew Casey was capable of killing Caylee?
This jury disgust me. THIS is the best we can do??

I thought I saw in one of the letters Cindy sent, that Casey was the one gambling online with George’s password. It was one of the ones where she was defending George to Rick.
Whoa,, can JP set aside the verdict due to the incompetency of the Jury and also for violating Jury instructions.
It seems like everyone wants a do-over.
Sadly, the Caley’s killer is free, and will stay that way.
