I wondered what kind of mental health counseling took place at her husband's clinic. She did mention he's a marriage counselor at a recent town-hall event.

If the clinic is one of those "reparative therapy" places then she's done. However, if it's just a place where gays can come to come with depression and those issues, it won't be a problem for her campaign.

They could evaporate Bachmann’s campaign almost the very second they wanted to.

Here’s a quote from her husband. Sounds more reparative than simply having gays come for counseling on depression:

ThinkProgress found a clip of Dr. Bachmann talking about homosexuality:

“We have to understand: Barbarians need to be educated. They need to be disciplined. And just because someone thinks this or feels this doesn’t mean that we’re supposed to go down that road. That’s what’s called a sinful nature. And we have a responsibility as parents and as authority figures not to encourage such thoughts and feelings to move into the action steps,” he said.

“And let’s face it. What is our culture, what is our public school system doing today? They are giving full, wide-open doors not only to children, not only encouragement to think it, but encouragement to action steps,” he continued.
