LOL, Yeah like gay matters anymore. We have a gay Secretary of State and a gay president.A gay Secretary of Homeland Security and at least two gays on the Supreme Court
So what? So is Michelle 0bama’s husband.
The LSM is the most obvious target. I'd look toward Mitt.
According to their twisted logic, God is hiding something.
I don’t think Romney’s team is nearly ready to kill of Rep. Bachmann and I do think this is too dicey an area even for Mr. Rollins to go.
I expect it is just some stray leftists, again, chomping at the bit. Nothing organized or coordinated, just too obvious a line of thinking for the overactive leftist mind.
Probably nothing will come of it, in combination of there being nothing there and Bachmann fading before such a story would get actual traction anyway.
*off*
The Bachmann team pushing this rumor...now I’ve heard it all from the Palin KADs.
If the clinic is one of those "reparative therapy" places then she's done. However, if it's just a place where gays can come to come with depression and those issues, it won't be a problem for her campaign.
Is Michelle Obama a lesbian? Pass it on.
My Question is Michelle Obama a woman?
You think like a child.
Nice assessment. Laughing at the child posters here, though, who have no idea about how nasty Mr. Rollins is willing to get on behalf of his candidate.
Don’t they have 5 kids?
That kinda takes care of that theory...
They could evaporate Bachmann’s campaign almost the very second they wanted to.
Here’s a quote from her husband. Sounds more reparative than simply having gays come for counseling on depression:
ThinkProgress found a clip of Dr. Bachmann talking about homosexuality:
“We have to understand: Barbarians need to be educated. They need to be disciplined. And just because someone thinks this or feels this doesn’t mean that we’re supposed to go down that road. That’s what’s called a sinful nature. And we have a responsibility as parents and as authority figures not to encourage such thoughts and feelings to move into the action steps,” he said.
“And let’s face it. What is our culture, what is our public school system doing today? They are giving full, wide-open doors not only to children, not only encouragement to think it, but encouragement to action steps,” he continued.
“Dont they have 5 kids?”
Not saying I believe the rumors, but having kids proves nothing.
I have yet to get a satisfactory answer on why the most denigrating, despicable epithet the homo-left can think of to level at their opponent is that he must be "gay." Revealing, much?
It proves he isn’t gay. The man is married, lives as a heterosexual, and has a healthy sex life with his wife. That would not fall under “gay” in my book.
There is an article on WSJ, by Albert Mohler of the Southern Bapitist church, debating this exact same subject.
The essence of what he is saying is, hate the sin, love the sinner. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. Admitting that is the first step to salvation and sharing the news of God’s gift is the responsibility of all believers.
The problem arises from the way the believers choose to do this, either through example or direct witnessing. Either way should not include judgment because we are all sinners in one way or another.
In contrast to the easy pickings with the Bachmanns, what’s scary to the left about Palin is that although she is straightforward about her Christian and conservative convictions and she has been very actively pro-life, she, like Reagan, doesn’t speak with hate or intolerance toward those who are gay or pro-choice.
She, her family and her state are clearly very much of a libertarian line of economic conservative-first policy and that’s why she has historically been able to do so well with independents.
According to the Left (er, now “progressives”), there is nothing wrong with being gay. It is a perfectly natural alternative lifestyle. If so, then why is this news and why should it matter to anyone?
