John Cornyn has turned out to be such a RINO pr**k. I can’t wait to vote against him.
Absolutely correct, that makes at least two of us. I hope he has a strong primary opponent, but won’t count on it.
I agree that Cornyn needs to go, but a tax reform that lowers the rates and the complexity of the Code is a good thing if it is revenue neutral. Of course, there would be winners and losers, but the losers would more likely be government farming corporations like GE and ADM. The winners would tend to be smaller companies.
I cant wait to vote against him.”
I’m with you. He’s not up for re-election until 2014 and has already started filling up his warchest.
“John Cornyn has turned out to be such a RINO pr**k. I cant wait to vote against him.”
You can engage in all the name calling you like, but there is nothing Cornyn said in this instance that is objectionable to low-tax, small-government conservatives. A revenue neutral reform of business taxes could be a very good thing. Maybe not as good as eliminating the double-taxation of dividends, but still much better than nothing at all.
Please consider focusing your name calling on Democrats and other leftists.
