Isn’t she awful? I am not eating pizza, carbs or sugar anymore. I feel much better without those foods I love to eat, so I have eliminated all of them.

Try to eat that Healthy Choice stuff 3 or 4 times a week for supper since I gave up the ciggies, weight ain't coming off, but it ain't going up either.
