I have so often thought the same exact thing... In all of the debate over the stupid Obamacare, why didn't someone think out of the box on the whole matter. BRAVO gents! BRAVO!

OK. I read the whole article but must have missed something. How does this program work? I mean behind the scenes, how does it work? I understand how to use the card, but why would pharmacies go along with this? What did I miss?
