Most of California's employment solution is to implement the “Cause Business to Flee Tax” whereby they don't have to deal with anymore “nasty” businesses causing global warming/global cooling/climate change/disruptification/mayonnaise induced heating and cooling.
It seems a little odd that they would want to tax a fairly low impact business like businesses on the Internet to leave, but all they know is TAX.

I suppose sanctuary cities cost a lot, what with the “free” money going to people who never paid in and scamming businesses that pay no taxes on the illegal aliens they hire. So they will make the Internet businesses pay.

Somehow, by eliminating most business by taxing and regulating it out of the state, this will encourage “green jobs.”
