They're waiting for the usual "conservatives" to slander them for not trying to stop this. Of course, if they were focused on this and making a big noise over it, those same folks would be ranting about why they were tending to this before they did something about spending. You know, "OUR TAX MONEY".

Unfortunately, the system was designed by the Founding Fathers to work very slowly and be very cumbersome. Any time more than a single issue has the pressure applied to it, everything falls apart. I feel sure there are more than a few faithful and true Conservatives who know about this and are planning to do something about it as soon as they finish herding the cats to keep them in line for the budget battles.

I disagree. What about the repeal of DADT? Why are the Rs silent on that? They should have defunded that months ago. Fags in the military is the last straw, and Rs in Congress are as silent as dead mice.
