I wish I agreed, but I do not. The cases you reference are Lopez and Morrison, and in both cases Kennedy said that the laws in question were not about commercial matters (having a gun near a school and rape, so he's right). This one is clearly commercial. Read Kennedy's opinion in Lopez and you will see that his objections in that case do not apply to this one. He will vote to uphold the law.

But this one actually deals with inactivity, not an activity that could actually be called commerce. If the Supreme Court rules that the government can force people to buy health insurance, there will be absolutely no limits to the commerce clause.
