I still have some faith in the SCOTUS but if they don’t do the right thing the Congress will have to repeal it or the states will have to nullify it. If nobody shows up to play the thing is dead anyway. One way or the other we have to drive a stake in its heart.
I think it is not gonna happen. We are stuck with it now. It is a planned failure leading to socialist medicine. The GOP will whine and cave as usual.
