“So she had an 88% approval rating while governor and now she couldn’t beat a slow motion train wreck. This just doesn’t smell quite right.”

That was before she quit on them.

Just saying.

“A new statewide survey in Alaska shows President Obama beating Sarah Palin in her home state in a head-to-head matchup.”

At what? Golf? Give Palin 4 a side and I think she could take him.

With Obama’s war on energy, I’m still not buying it.

She pretty much single-handedly carried Joe Miller past the incumbent in the primaries. This has little to nothing to do with leaving the governors office. I does seem like during the period between the primary and the general election, the opinion of Palin, Miller and the Republican party seemed to change in that state. I believe the ‘insiders’, including the Murkowski wing of the Republicans and the Democrats have converged to change the citizen’s public opinion in that state. I am certain they would still vote for the GOP in the presidential election regardless of the candidates, but for now, the Palin brand and the GOP seem to be down for the count.

"My sweetheart lives in Anchorage and I consider her and the friends of hers whom I have met to be good, level headed people. They don’t like Sarah because they see her as an opportunist..."

This post from Man from Oz with actual feet on the ground in Alaska.

She'd be foolish to run with all the $$$ rolling in.
