No they are not. And the fact that the DA said the woman committed no crime, means nothing to you.

You’re right, her arrest means nothing to me, because the police officer was correct in arresting her. You don’t get close to an officer arresting somebody.
The officer doesn’t know you’re real intent. He doesn’t know if you’re just an interested bystander or you’re going to go after his gun or if your going to attack him.
