So, the answer is, to stop living and duck right? No, the answer is to cut off the vile pieces of trash; which isn’t being done.

The answer is to punish those that are nothing but filth. I don’t agree with Bristol Palin’s decision at all but it is her decision and she is not the one spewing filth and hatred.

Maher doesn’t just target the Palins, although that is his obsession lately, he targets everything decent and honorable as well. Mockng, ridiculing etc.

It’s not the Palins that are the problem; it’s Maher.

I’ve never watched him so I’ll take your word for it.

No, the answer is to not get down into the gutter with the pig. As I said, all you will accomplish is to get yourself covered with pig filth while the pig throughly enjoys wrestling with you.

The pig wins and you lose.

No, the answer is to cut off the vile pieces of trash; which isn’t being done.

So, ..... ummm .... How, exactly, are you going to "cut off the vile pieces of trash"?

Have him arrested by the Government Vile Trash Police?

In Canada, you can do that. In Canada, you can get dragged into Court for stating, for example, that homosexual conduct is (insert Politically Incorrect opinion here).

In the U.S. on the other hand, the First Amendment protects Bill Mahar's right to say what Bill Mahar says.

The answer is to punish those that are nothing but filth.

So, in a land with the First Amendment, how do you "punish" such a person?

In the case of an entertainer, you stop watching him (exactly as I suggested) and then, when his ratings don't bring in as much advertising as they are supposed to, he gets canceled.

Maher doesn’t just target the Palins, although that is his obsession lately, he targets everything decent and honorable as well. Mockng, ridiculing etc. It’s not the Palins that are the problem; it’s Maher.

Maher is the "symptom" of the problem. The root cause of the problem is that there are too many people willing to tune in to his show to listen to him say what he says.

No audience = No market = No money = No use for the problem product = No problem.

As for Bristol, she can say whatever she wants to. However, when she hopes to make Big Bucks throwing out the details about how, exactly, she lost her virginity in a drunken coed camping trip when she was 16, then she should know, with 100% certitude, that filth merchants like Bill Mahar are going to use those lurid stories so that they can make Big Bucks.

The Jerry Springer crowd and the National Enquirer crowd is providing the audience for the Too Much Information Pig Mud Wrestling Match.

Mahar is providing the pig (himself).

Bristol is providing a truck load of mud for the match. ("Hey, everybody! Let me tell you about unsupervised, coed, teenaged camping trips and alcohol. Could you ever imagine, ever in a million years, that such a thing could lead to sex and unwed motherhood? Really! It can! Let me tell you all about it!")

If everybody were like me, Bristol would not be throwing out Too Much Information and Bill Maher would not be throwing out disgusting comments because I do not bother to read "Tell All" books and I do not watch Bill Mahar.

Likewise, if everybody were like me, the Mexican Drug Cartels would go out of business and the drug killings would stop because I do not buy illegal drugs.

Get my point?
