Isn’t their something in the Constitution (say, 4th amendment maybe?) about illegal searches of one’s person and property?

By gosh, yes there is. But when you enter an airpot’s property, you “voluntarily” surrender each and e every right known to man. You are presumed guilty until the full body cavity search says you aren’t. (Don’t know if a sarcasm tag is needed here or not) .
