It’s from the top I doubt that the tsa workers would want to disrobe such an elderly woman...who the heck wants to see that
Of course it’s from the top. They have made a decision to target 5 year old kids with their parents and 95 year old ladies being helped by their kids instead of the ones most likely to commit terrorist acts.
The woman went to the restroom and took it off there and then went back to security after she took it off. Even still...
