a sane government that cared about freedom and the Bill of Rights would have slapped these people down hard
There's another bill up for consideration in Congress that provides further protection for music companies. Maybe we should get a friendly Congress-critter to propose an amendment that allows US, the general public, to tap into the Justice Department to go out and do battle with data miners who tap our personal property that's on the net somewhere.
