Perhaps I'm confused, but was this post sarcastic?
Perry shouldn’t run. His negatives are too high and he needs to bone up on policy. He lacks the intellectual capacity seeing that he’s only been a Governor in the recent past. He should probably run for the Senate instead. He would be much better staying out of the race and acting as a king maker.
I thought you'd just taken several things that have been said about Palin many times and substituted Perry's name.
