Exactly. Most policies specifically state intoxicated driving. His estate gets nothing on policy regarding the vehicles. It is sad that he died this way but to bring up lawsuits is stupid. Wait until the masses hear he was .25 or greater.

Not only does his estate get nothing, but it can also be held liable for the repair or restoration of any damages resulting from the accident, including roadway, structures, trees, etc.
