Also - why do they need to increase the debt ceiling if they plan on reducing the deficit so much? Complete BS - there is no will on either side for this.
Not necessarily bad...we control the debate on this issue and the GOP’s stated position is very popular. Obama and the Democrats certainly do not want this narrative to continue being a prime topic of discussion. Of course...that’s assuming our side wouldn’t totally mess up the narrative in the mean time to give the Democrats and opening to gain the upper hand in the debate.
McConnell`s fecklessness in keeping the GOP in line as they gave away the store re: START and the DADT repeal was the final push that persuaded this 30-year Republican to go independent. I didn`t leave that chicken-sh*t party.. it left me.

The problem here is between the Weeper in the house and McConnell in the senate,the ground work is in place for a major screwup landing in our lap.
