OH. One thing I thinks Fox needs to address is that they hire these Foxy Info. Babes and the next thing you know, they are out on Maternity leave. Kelly is a good example. A few years back it was Allyson Camerata. A year ago it was Julie Banderas who seems to have gotten a demotion since her return. Today, I heard the Substitute Babe on Fox and Friends talk about her Wedding Engagement. Guess what is next? I think the Red Head Gal on 10 AM Weekdays is engaged to some Naval Officer. If this was a small business and not the Maga Bucks that Fox has, they would go broke. Good business would dictate, hire Males and women over 50, but I guess that is against the law.

It's a always a big dilemma for women. They put off having kids. so they can get their career off the ground. When they finally achieve some level of success, there biological clock is about out of time.

Megyn is a good example. She was 38 when she had her first. I'm sure she is done now that she had her second.

Or, they found out that, despite the occasional pregnancy, having hot babes on air draws a bigger audience and is "good business".

Or would you rather they go with the Matt Lauer and the pack of dogs he runs with style of format?

Wow ...

EVERY woman on planet earth is at least intended to be the womb of a child.

(Please forgive my blanket statement for those woman that are so ppained because they can't and all the et-cetera's)

But OAG, you're off base hewre ... AWOL actually.

A woman having children that she can now afford better because of a lucrative job is akin to the new pick up you bought when YOU advanced your pay.

No one slighted you because you aspired to move up in rank.

I’m old also but your 1930’s mentality is precisely why “conservatives” get treated like Neanderthals. Megyn Kelly is a lawyer, not an “info babe”. And the job she has is particularly well suited to maternity leave. I’ve been stymied by maternity leave in business situations also but, Johnny Carson, I’d never want to return to a life with your mentality. In business you meet every challenge with innovative solutions or you fail. While I appreciate your service, business ain’t the Army.

So what about family leave to take care of a sick spouse, a dying parent, or an accident that requires surgery? Should they lose their job for taking off? What about National Service in the military? Called to jury duty?

It's the same as having a baby...
