Palin envy.
Too much estrogen. No to Bachmann period. She faltered right out of the gate by not setting the record straight when Rollins blasted Palin. She cannot be trusted...period.
This is a five year old article.
Hey, why is this posted - from 2006?
Not much different than gettng your start at Tony Rezko's house...
I, for one, eagerly await hearing the news about the candidate who has passed the FR purity test. Voting is hard.
Then the date either needs to be in the headline or the article pulled. Can you get that done?
You presented the article as current. If you have a point to make, you can make it without yanking people’s chains.
Not good.
It seems obvious that the establishment is eager for Bachman to run. It may have been political insiders like Rollins and Rove who persuaded her to jump into the race without waiting for Palin to declare.
I’ve said before, and I’ll say again, that I supported Bachmann for congress, and she might have moved up to Senator. But regretably she has seemingly given in to all the pressure to run—too soon. And she has been neglecting her House responsibilities ever since she was re-elected.
I doubt whether Rove really wants her as a candidate, but he may take some pleasure in destroying her career while trying to use her as a means of blocking out Sarah Palin—a far stronger candidate who will not compromise her principles the was Bachmann seems to be doing.
Would have helped if you’d kind of given the 2006 alert up front - your explanation makes sense.
Rollins and Rove. My, my. Willingness to give Bachmann a chance is fading in this household.
Whose campaign or potential campaign does Bachmann’s hurt the most, and whose does it help the most? Therein lies the strategy.
It’s a pity.
I was willing to give her the benefit of a doubt, but now? I don’t think so.
If she thinks this is a smart tactical move to cozy up to the Republican Cocktail Party set, while keeping her Tea Party credentials intact, she is going to be very disappointed.
Wow, I have never seen a candidate veer this far to the left this quickly.
Gosh, wouldn’t it be nice if the poster lifted a damn finger to let us know this article is five years old?
The more about MB I find out, the less I like.
Bachmann's job is to stop Palin and then be named as VP to Romney.
That's the GOP plan folks.
And there's millions of you that will fall for it...probably thousands on FR.
This article is from 2006.
The further she goes, the less I like what I see/hear.
