For the most part, you're right. I've been in the VA systems in Nashville, Salt Lake, Little Rock and Pinellas County, FL, and they were awful!. But the VA Center here in Boise is definitely a breath of fresh air. The attitude and attentiveness of the staff is a stark contrast to the lackadaisical civil servant mindset I experienced at those other centers.

Kudos to the Boise VA Center.
