Good point, They said the same thing on a cable show last night, the internet wasnt really popular till the end of the Clinton presidency maybe 1998 and even Clinton wouldnt have been that stupid as president to email stuff like that to strangers.

I read once that computers were so new to Clinton that he only sent 1 email his entire residency.
