I do not have the additional facts at hand, but I do recall that she was battling the GOP establishment.

There is much more to this than what the LA Times has printed.

She was battling the GOP establishment and Big Oil and she was effective as all get out.

You’re right. Odds are this post and poster is a troll, posting a hit piece.

I was wrong on attributing something to Sarah Palin but the left tends to blow it out of proportion and fails to give credit where due.

One endearing aspect Palin brings to the table is her willingness, and exuberance, in taking on either party and big anything (government, business, labor) to represent her taxpaying constituents.

Having said that, the only way she can win is with tea party and grass root Republicans taking back our party over the objections of most of the leadership; and especially anyone connected with the DC crowd.
