I did not know that the letter '*' had been added to the English alphabet.
But I suppose if the United States can have 57 states, the alphabet can have 27 letters.
Does anyone what sound(s) are involved in pronouncing this new letter? Is it a vowel, or a consonant? Or, is it, perhaps, another 'sometimes' letter like 'y'?
There was originally an “i” there but it was donated to a vowel deficient eastern European country.
