Palin did make a remark that was snarky about Bachmann’s experience.

2006 palin was head of alaska’s gas and exploration board, after encountering rampant corruption she resigned, ran for governor, and the result was the corrupt bastards ended up in jail. Much like many in the current administration deserve.

She said that she had nearly 20 years of executive experience, but that Bachmann had a lot of strengths to bring to the table. Then she was interrupted with another question before she could say more.
