The Christian Post ^ | June 9, 2011 | Isabel Lyman

Considered a Tea Party favorite, Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) continues to garner positive reactions from conservative voters as she touts her pro-life stance and vows to repeal Obamacare.

(snip)

In a brief interview with The Christian Post, Bachmann discussed two issues that are near and dear to her heart – faith and family.

(snip)

Bachmann declined to answer the last question: “If you choose to not pursue the presidency, what would you think about a Sarah Palin attempt?”

Competition is one thing, outright backstabbing is another.

Sarah supported Mccain for two reasons.

Reason one was loyalty because he selected her to run on the ticket with him in the 2008 Presidential Race.

Reason number two was that JD was the absolute worst candidate that the Pubbies could have run against Mccain. His Radio talk Show gig that made him so popular with the Talk Show listeners was the same reason that made him a lousy candidate in Arizona. He also had money issues, and other problems. Strident talk show hosts make lousy candidates because they cannot dial it back when on the campaign trail. This was not rocket science.

And why did Palin start it by mentioning it?

Palin didn't start anything. She was asked a question by a reporter about differences between her and MB. Palin's answer was respectful but matter of fact. And in return, she gets the Rollins treatment by her supposed "friend" (MB's words).

uh, yes I have heard that, thanks.

JD is far better than that jackass McCain, who is back from his faux conservative dementia as we speak.

The question now is, is she really conservative if she hires a RINO campaign manager who badmouths the TEA Party and Palin?

Consider the possibility that her candidacy is meant to split the conservative vote so that Romney will win the nomination. She might only need to get 5% of the vote to swing the election to Romney. This would explain why she appears anxious to run even though she is polling poorly. That would mean that she is doing the bidding of the Republican establishment against the interests of conservatives. Who better to have working for the establishment than the leader of the TEA Party caucus? Has the caucus been effective at all? Is it possible that her efforts on behalf of the establishment haven’t just begun recently?

What has told me the most about Bachmann is that immediately upon naming Rollins as campaign manager, the attack on Palin began. Rather than publicly chastising Rollins or firing him, Bachmann has been silent. That tells me that she is no leader, but rather a follower. So who is she following? Whoever it is has led her astray and she will have great difficulty recovering and keeping her career.

Sarah supported McCain for two reasons.

Other reasons are the 2010 election and to defeat Obama and preserve the conservative movement.

The 2008 Republican ticket turning on itself and revealing it's race against Obama as a sham, would have shattered Republican credibility, dominated the political news, commentary, and images of 2009 and 2010, and we would be living with a different, (conservative free) governmental situation today.

How much international/foreign policy knowledge or experience does Bachmann have — compared to Palin, and compared to Obama?

I ask that because we are at war and foreign entanglements we have up to our neck.

Palin was asked what distinguished her from Bachmann as a candidate. What she said was that all the candidates had good qualifications. She had her years of executive experience and that Bachmann had different qualifications. I don’t see where that is dissing Bachmann.

Truth be told, I hadn’t decided WHAT to think of MB before.

I love her cool and classy demeanor, her performance in Congress, her backbone.

But this, THIS is more telling than anything. When you have to question sincerity, and her Rollins pick shows deep insincerity, how can she ever regain trust?

SinSARAHty. MB doesn’t have it.

She is a conservative. Palin had a couple RINOs on her staff too. That idiot Randy Scheneumann was one of them. Palin hired that guy who was RINO Bob Doles guy.

look, they need to be held to the same standards, None of them are perfect.

Michele is a good gal and her votes have always been on our side.

Both have ties with RINOs. You would call Mccain a RINO, right? That doesn’t make them non conservatives. Palin says she like Perry. He’s a RINO.

By the way, I didn’t hear Rollins bad mouth the Tea Party. I don’t think Michele would like that. That isn’t good. Got a link?

Michele needs to get a different guy, I will give you that. Who has Palin hired as campaign manager? Just asking.

This crowd has thrown Michele and everybody but Saint Sarah under the bus for 2 years now, even though Saint Sarah still hasn’t announced.

Additionally, Governor Palin’s statement was completely consistent with her previous statements regarding the experience she feels a viable Republican presidential candidate should have.

I resigned from one job for the same reason that Sarah did corruption and screwing over the clients. If my State was being bankrupted and my own Bank Account was being bankrupted,I would have bit the bullet and done what Sarah did.

The fact that you have to use DU talking points to condemn Sarah says so much about you.

If Michele knew about Rollins, and hired him she is forever tied to that scuzzball. If she did not know, shame the hell on her ignorance and lack of investigation.

Just what would you quit your job for? Boss coming on to you? Very unlikely! Boss asking you to steal, lie, cheat? I guess you would work for someone corrupt, just so you could say you did not quit.

You have been stalking Palin threads for Months have you not? All the questions I asked can be answered with a yes or no.

One more question, will you admit that Michele has changed since she was not given any leadership position? My guess is unlike what I first thought that she was not given a leadership position in the House is because she does not make that grade.

I do not like Mccain or his Looney Toon Family, but I do not think JD would be better in the Senate. JD is a bit of a loose cannon and Mccain is a Whore, but at least he is our Whore most of the time.
