The WTF reference, no matter the intended abbreviation, is not terribly Presidential. Among the many reasons to disdain Obama is that he does not uphold the honor and dignity of the office. As much as I admire Sarah Palin, her repeated "folksy" lines and quotes all-too-frequently make me think the same about her. If we're to elect a female to the most powerful position on earth, I'd like for her to be dignified. Let the underlings get into the mud. There is NO shortage of volunteers, myself included, who would be happy to go after the Left with both barrels, and with every vulgarity or double entendre we can imagine.

It also makes me wonder if Sarah is also making a Carter-esque mistake: failure to delegate. She's a fighter, an independent, and unconventional, which are all strengths of hers in this all-out war with the MSM and the Left... but she needs to learn to delegate some of the important work to the appropriate people. Presidents have cabinets (note: not czars). Sarah needs to put more responsibility on her team pretty soon. (I'm free for any advisor's role at any time!!!)

I agree. However, the difficulty for Palin in this respect is that she does not have the MSM on her side. So, in order for her to get the word out about her opinion on something, she cannot be as nuanced as ‘the one’ is allowed to be.

Plus, every little statement of that nature that she makes will be replayed by the media every chance they get when they think it will hurt her. Not so with ‘the president of the 58 states of the US’.

So, in effect, she is held to a higher, double standard.
