Signatures made of multiple scans, plus one that was drawn directly into the computer and rasterized... Date stamps showing discolorations and obvious signs of tampering... But the most glaring thing to me was always the white border around the edge of the document. Hawaii had stated they "put the security paper into the printer and printed the certificate on it." If it had a white border around it, it was a scan that came out of a printer and was not on security paper.

HI may well have printed a document onto security paper. But that wasn't the document that was on the White Hut web site. That was a PDF image of a scan. And why would you do that? If you scan a full-bleed security paper and make it into a PDF, you would then have security pattern all the way to the edge of the image. But if you printed out the scan, you would have the 1/4 inch white border since desktop printers cannot print a full bleed edge to edge. So why would you scan it, print it out, rescan it and post it as a PDF? It's a forgery. It's been tampered with.

Look at the security pattern. IIRC, the pattern on it goes straight all the way to the edges, but the printing on the certificate bends around.

I had assumed from that that security paper had been put in the copier, and the certificate, in a bound volume, was then copied onto the security paper.

I don’t know if this means anything, though.

It's a forgery.

Yes, it is. For many reasons, the largest of which is Obama always lies.
