Protect children and pets? Seems we should protect them from vermin and the diseases they carry, no? You just use the bait or pellet out of reach of pets and children. We have woods behind our house and get a mouse from time to time. We also have 3 dogs. Have used the pellets and the dogs have never gotten to them.
What doesn’t the government want to control (besides spending, of course)?
Light bulbs, gas mileage, toilets, circumcision, how we trim our trees. And I heard yesterday the United States in #9 on the list of free economies? Number nine??? Sickening.
Next week the EPA is going to mandate that all sharp corners be rounded off.

Shila J’s EPA takes much needed action to Reduce American risk, by bold actions to better protect children, pets, rats, mice, aphids, snails, and assorted wildlife. Sam Slugbait, assistant administrator for EPAs Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention reportedly noted, “If the average American weren’t hopelessly incompetent this sort of vital regulation wouldn’t be so important.” Federal Certification for exterminators licensing boards for Pest Professional will assist these organizations to shoulder the new responsibilities.
Rab & the Natural Resources Defense Council can but rejoice for such a benevolent concerned and caring governmental agency.
