I’m tempted to vote “no”.

If he stays, the ‘rats must decide between ostracizing him or closing ranks around him. Either way, they lose. In the best scenario, it causes bitter dissension within the party and burns up time and capital.

If he resigns, this blows over too soon before the election.

I voted yes, but I hope he doesn’t resign. The Dems then become the party of the peter tweeter.
