Had this been a Republican, the fallout would have damaged the entire party, let alone, the dumbass congress critter responsible for the mess.
Because Weiner is a Democrat, no one on the other side of the aisle is going to note the inherent hypocrisy, or do much of anything to punish the perpetrator.
The whole thing will be swept under the proverbial rug by the next news cycle, and life will continue as normal for the left.
Had it been a republican, they would track down Sarah Palin’s caravan and confront her about why she has no shame associating with a political party full of perverts and sexual deviants. That would be the talking point for at least two weeks.
