I use water & a little squirt of lemon and another of lime and 1/2 pack of splenda. Its very good.
So far I’ve tried the MiO Strawberry/Watermelon, Fruit Punch and Berry/Pomegranate and they are all VERY good. I guess my favorite is the Strawberry/Watermelon because it taste like a Jolly Rancher only sweeter if you can believe it. Clint Jr home from college says they pass them out for free on campus and loves the Sweet Tea so I may be trying that one soon.
