Madison - A Dane County judge granted state election officials a week to determine whether three Democratic senators should be recalled, but declined to delay recall elections for six Republican senators.
The judge's order means the state Government Accountability Board will have to formally certify the recall elections for July 12 for the six Republicans later Friday. Any recall elections for three Democratic senators would be held a week later, on July 19.

High risk:
Randy Hopper (Fond du Lac) won by only 163 votes in 2008. I'd call that one at very serious risk.
Alberta Darling (River Hills) won by 1% in 2008, just over 1,000 votes. I'd call that one at serious risk.
Some risk:
Dan Kapake (La Crosse) won reelection by less than 3% in 2008, about 2500 votes, slightly smaller margin than when he took the seat. He ran for congress in 2010 and lost by almost 4%. I'd say there's some risk to this seat.
Little risk:
Sheila Harsdorf (River Falls) won by 12% in 2008, over 11,000 votes. Probably safe.
No risk:
Rob Cowles (Allouez) won with 99.35% of the vote. I think he's safe.
Luther Olseon (Ripon) won with 99.35% of the vote. I think he's safe too.

You can’t rely on the past support levels for this election to be indicative of the probable results - the dynamics are completely different here. There is as much energy in the Republican supporters as there is in the Democrats’, perhaps more so.
Obama has a hatred on for this state, and is sending his goon squad to overwhelm us, Scott Walker and Paul Ryan specifically. We’re going to be in this mode for a good long time. Buckle down Wisconsin.

You can’t rely on the past support levels for this election to be indicative of the probable resultsThat's a good point. My mother is an example. Even though she normally votes Republican, she has always voted for her Democrat State Senator (Holperin), because she thought he was a "good man" and that he "cared for his constituents".
However, after seeing Holperin and the other Dems run away last spring, she is absolutely furious at him. She signed the recall petition, and will be voting to have him recalled (assuming some Dane County judge doesn't manage to throw out the recall petitions against the Dems).
I can't believe that my mother is alone in her feelings, but I haven't heard anything in the news about a backlash against the "run and hide" Dems. If they manage to have an honest recall election, I suspect that the Dems won't be happy with the results.
