So we blame him???? A credible 20 month investigation would have cleared him.......F*#$ swat operations!!!!
I think the warrant is valid and the incompetent serving of it resulted in the negligent homicide of a citizen and the Pima County SWAT team should be disbanded and the shooters charged with some level of homicide and the sheriff recalled by the voters.
