The definition of natural born citizen in the Constitution has never been definitively defined. Legally, it most like means natural born, ie born in the US as opposed to a naturalized citizen, born in a foreign country.
Vattel did not write the US Constitution & was not an American, natural born, naturalized or otherwise.

Rick Perry is a flawed candidate with lots of skeletons. He is being pushed bh the left.
Sadly whatever the qualiities of West, after Obama its never going to happen.
