“Where is congress limiting speech? Can you please read up on the 1st amendment before throwing that over used phase out?”

What exactly is the Government’s involvement (including the president and others) involvement with sites like Facebook- is it purely from a fundraising standpoint, or is the purpose to a top-down directive of sorts to limit speech?

(Besides, there are limited exceptions in the public/private sphere First Amendment rights:
