The First Amendment gives you the right to speak.

It does not force people to give you a platform and bullhorn.

This would not be a First Amendment issue as the Framers somehow decided not to add the text “Facebook shall make no rules abridging the freedom of speech of it members.”

Not sure how they could have missed that one.

FB is no different than FR when it come to site rules.

Their site, their rules.

Where is congress limiting speech? Can you please read up on the 1st amendment before throwing that over used phase out?
