Justice for who? The perp created the situation that caused the person accused of shooting him to be charged!!! The perp received justice for attempting the crime and getting killed. Enough said!
That doesn’t mean you get to decide what is a proper punishment.
The pharmacist was accused of shooting an unconscious individual, which he was. Maybe the pharmacist should have aimed better, if he didn’t want to go before a judge.
