Somehow the AP “forgot” to include the fact that Lech Walesa refused to meet with Obama in Poland and that the extravagant welcome for him in the UK resulted in his being smacked down by the Queen. There were probably other “oversights” and plenty of over statements as well.

I don't think many people realize how big a deal that really is. Being a "labor leader" makes Walesa a great hero to American unionists despite the fact that Walesa actually fought for freedom. Growing up in heavily unionized Michigan meant seeing "Solidarity" magazine everywhere.
I'm sure there are many American unionists feeling pretty confused about Walesa's refusal.

Has Walesa’s snubbing of “The One” been reported at all by MSM?

Isn’t it funny that those doing the ‘smack-down’ on clowns like Obama and Chavez are these old monarchs? I just happened to remember that just a few years ago, the old Spanish King Juan Carlos, verbally smacked Hugo Chavez up-side the head! LOL!
It created quite a stir! The funny thing is- a lot of the world got a kick out of it! Hugo Chavez was being quite a brat, and got uppity and bad-mouthed their ex-PM (Aznar). The old King leaned over and scolded him but good! He only had to say a few words, too. I remember also that even the left-wing successor to Aznar even defended Aznar to Hugo somewhat!
