Records released by the Pima County Sheriff's Department this week show that the four houses served with search warrants the morning of May 5 - when Jose Guerena was shot and killed by a SWAT team - are less than four miles apart and are all connected to the Guerena family.
And while initial reports were that doctors told the Guerena family that Jose had been shot 60 times, the Pima County medical examiner's preliminary report says he was shot 22 times. In its sole briefing on the incident, the Sheriff's Department said SWAT team members fired 71 rounds.
Aside from releasing more than 500 pages of documents about the incident, the department has remained mum since the May 10 briefing.
The raid netted drugs, large amounts of cash, bulletproof vests, about 30 cellphones and a stolen vehicle, records show, but no arrests have been made.

There also were eyewitness testimonials of coworkers who had shared the same shift in the mine with the Marine, indicating he was a man with virtue.
Do you (or anyone else) have links for that? I was puzzled to not find any commentary (either way) from co-workers when I searched for that. This is not a "challenge" - I am truly interested in turning up more facts about this case, because it appears a great injustice was done. Thanks.

Another thing....if, as you keep posting, this was such a righteous raid, how come there haven’t been any arrests made as a result of it?
Interesting. I bring up Soros and you try to deflect by bringing up Hitler!
“That legalization will increase the size of government and the amount of obtrusion on the private citizen?”
Legalisation would result in mass layoffs at the DEA and the ending of no knock drug raids that result in the deaths of innocents.
“And of course you agree with Soros?”
Even a broken clock is right twice a day...
Of course...I hear Soros wears pants....I bet you wear pants too....
Do you agree with Soros on the wearing of pants?
“You have ABSOLUTELY NO proof that the dead man did any such thing!!! That’s completely conjecture on your part.”
The facts as stated from the officers state he did indeed.
That’s not conjecture.
Why are you aruing against WB’s ideas and defending Soros on his pro-drug efforts.
You do realize that to Soros, drug legalization is more than just a utopian idea, it is his way to get your money from you to him.
“Let me get this straight, you’ve been posting ridiculous crap all throughout this thread on the assumption that evidence and facts unknown to you at this point will emerge in the future? Do I have that right? “
No. You’re probably just F’d up on drugs.
“Another thing....if, as you keep posting, this was such a righteous raid, how come there havent been any arrests made as a result of it?”
Patience is a virtue.
“The facts as stated from the officers”
Right...and cops would never lie to cover their asses...
Nah...
Yeah, cause cops NEVER lie (think Dupnik)
I read somewhere the wife stated her husband did not own an AR, only the .38.
“and cops would never lie to cover their asses...”
Druggies lie more often. Right?
AKA they need more time to plant evidence and concoct a story line to fit it.
I'm sorry but since the officers' stories have been changing (some have lied) since the start of this whole debacle, I'm not taking as fact anything they are stating. I prefer to say that they "alleged" that he pointed a gun at them....just like I prefer to say "alleged" criminal when referring to Guerena as opposed to you who keeps stating, as fact, that he wasn't innocent.
LOL, just the response I was expecting......I don't do drugs.
“I read somewhere the wife stated her husband did not own an AR, only the .38. “
LMAO. REALLY.....hehehehe bwaaaaaaaa
There you go again - making assumptions. You're the F'd up one!
Sorry - I have no idea why that double posted!
Over twenty years ago, my brother and my sister's husband were both invovled with the use and distribution of drugs.
Fortunately, I was serving in the Air Force and stationed overseas; otherwise, Berlin_Freeper would have said that their behavior might justify a SWAT Team kicking in my door and shooting me.
