These attacks, were they carried out by a single entity like the federal governmen, would look mighty like classical Terrorism, random violence against the citizenry by the State to keep the people confused and unable to organize or even consider opposition or even thinking. I suspect that is actually what this will develop into after a while.

since he remained alive, for 1 hour and 14 minutes, while SWAT refused to let medics in, and his wife begged 911 for help, i think the original 7 is likely correct.

Yep, this is the idiot who blamed the shooting of Congressman Giffords on the "Tea Party" without a single thing indicating any connection. Nothing. He is a total political hack and a fraud masquerading as a Police Chief.

This sh*t has become absolutely ridiculous. It’s gotten so that the Official police uniform has become more of an SS uniform. When you go out to a concert or a car race they dress in military clothing with the object to intimidate. At Motorcycle rallies it is rare to see a police officer in his regular dress uniform, all are dressed in this military regalia.
That crap should be outlawed.

and the wife’s statement, shows it is likely the rifle was planted. it is very clear the wife didn’t know about it - only the pistol, and she seems to say she saw SWAT place the “big gun” next to her dying husband. all here:

Petitfour in Post 18 gives a very moving summary, with much info i didn’t know.
The lawyer for the police said that every item named in the warrant was found in the house. They may not be illegal to own, but if they are linked to crimes by the group being investigated, then of course they would have led to an arrest.
Remember...Obama promised that he would have a domestic army as well equipped as the national army. What will these 'citizen 'SWATers' do when called upon to assault a neighbor? Well, you just saw an example.

Had not heard details about the wife and the incident.
Swat team is toast, Dupnik is toast (and deserves worse).

bullets through walls - they KNEW there was a 4 year old child in the house! Are there NO RULES OF CAUTION when children are involved?
Then they REFUSED him medical aid. His wife called 911 and a EMT team, stationed only a block away, were there immediately - They would NOT let them in! for and hour and 14 minutes - at which time they told them they were not needed, he had died - they let him bleed out.They lied about his having shot at them first - evidence showed he never took the safety off. They lied about finding evidence - and now have to admit there was none.
One could wonder if, there wasn't a child involved, the wife might have also ended up dead - no witness. But there was NO WAY they could spin a dead kid.
I pray this case starts a move to end these Brown Shirt/Gestapo raids.

The story has changed. Nobody is saying that anything illegal was found in the home. Now we are hearing that Guerena was targeted as part of a gang. More and more, the signs are of a major blunder and cover-up.
Absolute 100% agreement with that. This militarization of local LEAs is totally unacceptable.
The Pima County Sheriff has a reputation for running his mouth, as he did after the Griffith shooting. If he manages his investigations and police raids the way he controls his mouth, the odds are that it is that very sloppiness that led to Guerena’s death. Maybe it was a snitch who provided bad information to get some quick cash for his next fix. Or the cops might simply have gone to the wrong house under the influence. Were the cops tested for drugs? Alcohol? Is drug and alcohol testing even part of Pima County Sheriff’s Department’s post-weapons discharge SOP?
