That’s a stupid question, but it’s one I’ve already answered. Twice. Lawsuit. O, and a little piece of advice: if you’re ever in a situation where you are the witness to someone dying, or you’re ever questioned by the police about any crime, lawyer up.

If the raid and shoot were legitimate, and the suspect can't even talk and is in fact dead, what exactly are they afraid of?
