They’ve advised her of her rights, and she has not said, from what I can see, anything that would incriminate her or her husband.
This is true....but she needs a lawyer there w/her to make sure her rights are protected. Even though she has not been charged w/anything....they are interogating her. A statement is given by her to them to find out what she knows.
If they continually ask questions and making suggestions as to what she saw and did she really see that at all?....they are interogating her to find out if they can file any charges against her.She needs a lawyer there w/her.
